Hope Bravely is committed to protecting the privacy and dignity of the individuals we serve. We handle all personal information with care, confidentiality, and respect.

What Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to evaluate and deliver assistance:

• Account information: Name, email, phone number, preferred language, and region
• Household data: Dependents, housing situation, income, debt, savings
• Application details: Program selections, written responses about your situation and goals
• Documents: Lease agreements, enrollment letters, identification, and paystubs you choose to upload
• Photos: Optional personal photo for your profile
• Check-in data: Monthly updates you submit during your program

Who Can See Your Information

Your information is visible to:

• Hope Bravely administrators (Steph and designated staff)
• The coordinator assigned to your case

Your information is never shared with other participants, the general public, or external organizations without your explicit consent.

How We Protect Your Data

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Data is stored on Cloudflare's US-based infrastructure with encryption at rest. Access to your records is controlled by role-based permissions within the App.

Data Retention

We retain your records for the duration of your program and as required for nonprofit compliance reporting. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing info@hopebravely.org.

Cookies

This App uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
